Welcome to Save On Fares (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Our Service

Save On Fares is a flight booking facilitation service specializing in Spirit Airlines and Frontier Airlines. We assist customers in obtaining flight tickets based on travel details they provide.

We are not the airline and do not operate flights.

Once tickets are issued, the contract for air travel is strictly between you and the airline.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information submitted — including legal names and dates of birth for all passengers (including lap children) — is accurate and matches government-issued identification.

Airlines may charge fees for corrections, and some changes may not be permitted.

Save On Fares is not responsible for errors submitted by customers.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Airline pricing is dynamic and can change at any time.

  • Quotes are valid only until the end of the business day they are sent unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are not guaranteed until tickets have been successfully issued.

If airfare changes before booking, we will contact you with updated pricing when possible.

Payment Authorization

By submitting a reservation form and payment details, you authorize Save On Fares to purchase airline tickets on your behalf.

Payment may be collected after tickets are issued, unless you choose to prepay.

Failure to remit payment for tickets purchased on your behalf may result in collection actions.

Booking Deadlines

Reservation forms received before:

  • 5:00 PM Eastern — Spirit Airlines

  • 2:00 PM Eastern — Frontier Airlines

are typically processed the same business day. Submissions received after these times may be processed the following business day.

We are not responsible for price changes due to delayed submission.

Airline Confirmation

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the airline containing your reservation number.

It is your responsibility to review the confirmation immediately and notify the airline of any discrepancies.

24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation

Flights booked at least seven (7) days prior to departure are generally eligible for the airline’s 24-hour cancellation policy.

After this window:

  • All changes and cancellations must be handled directly with the airline

  • Airline rules, credits, and fees apply

Save On Fares does not control airline policies.

Changes, Cancellations, and Travel Credits

Once tickets are issued:

  • Save On Fares cannot modify reservations

  • All requests must be made directly with the airline

  • Future flight credits are governed solely by airline policy

We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or operational decisions.

Optional Services & Add-Ons

Unless explicitly agreed upon:

Save On Fares purchases flight tickets only.

Extras such as:

  • Seat assignments

  • Checked or carry-on baggage

  • Priority boarding

  • In-flight services

must be added directly through the airline.

Loyalty Programs

Because tickets are issued directly by the airline, you may add your frequent flyer number after booking and earn eligible points according to airline rules.

We are not responsible if an airline declines to issue points.

Refunds

Save On Fares does not issue refunds once tickets have been purchased.

Refund eligibility is determined strictly by airline fare rules.

If a refund is approved by the airline (cancelled flight, etc.), it will be processed according to their timelines and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Save On Fares is not liable for:

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Flight cancellations

  • Delays

  • Missed connections

  • Denied boarding

  • Acts of weather or force majeure

  • Airline policy decisions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for booking services.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By using our service, you agree to contact Save On Fares prior to initiating any payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for valid, authorized ticket purchases may be considered breach of these Terms.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud or misuse of our booking process.
